A Relaxed Summer Morning

We are using the patio as much as possible this time of year!

Breakfast today (although it’s my second) is cold rice, a little apple sauce, hemp seeds, ground flax, maple syrup, fresh blueberries, and some muesli sprinkled on top. And a touch of almond milk for moisture. Organic green tea accompanies with a squeeze of fresh lemon!

And a library book to compliment.

Just less than 6 weeks until my due date!
